She was absolutely brilliant! She actually listened to me and respected that I knew my body. Instead of pushing me to do ridiculous amounts of exercise and doing a one size fits all method, Annie gave me manageable goals that actually worked better with timetable, which allowed me to stay consistent and make better progress. Thank you Annie!!

I cant recommend Annies services enough! Ive been working with her for over a year now and have benefitted so much from her support and knowledge. Shes friendly and approachable and always on hand to help with any questions, and the check-in system shes set up is invaluable in keeping me on track. I always get a great workout in our sessions together and the plan she developed for me has given me so much more confidence in the gym. If youre thinking about working with a PT, Annie is definitely the one to go with!

Annieshe is warm, welcoming and friendly. She loves helping people, encouraging them to realise their full potential! I had already lost some weight on my own, but knew I needed that extra push! Annie is the perfect fit and I look forward to our weekly PT sessions in the tranquility of her studio, in her garden. The daily food log and weekly check-ins are great, as Annie holds you accountable for what you put in your mouth, what exercise you do, or dont do. Its just what I needed, especially seeing the difference in my photos over the last 4 months!! I feel so much more confident in my skin and you can too, with Annies help and encouragement!! I think Annie is great and I definitely recommend her service. Her approach is balanced and her sunny personality is just what we all need in our lives Before seeing Annie once a week and doing the weekly check in, I lacked motivation to exercise regularly. Now I'm happily doing my once weekly session with Annie and top it up with 1 or 2 sessions on my own. I'm so grateful to Annie for all her encouragement and kind words. I used to follow some 'fitness content creators' on social media who always made me feel like I wasn't doing enough or working hard. With Annie I recieve a fair and constructive feedback every week that motivates me to achieve more but also recognises how much good I'm already doing. I did not consider myself a couch potato before starting to train with Annie but when we dug deeper into my daily habits it became clear that I needed to get more heart-rate-increasing exercises into my week. I see visual difference in my body shape and my strenght is increasing. Thank you Annie.

I was recommended to Annie by a friend who had amazing results with her. I initially had a one to one session once a week with Annie which was great, she works you hard in the time you're there and i felt great afterwards. I then went onto an online plan for medical reasons but the support and guidance was still very much present. Her goals and plans are easy to follow and don't feel like too much hassle to stick to, she is always available for advice and is always so positive and motivating, would highly recommend. Alex.
