She works with you every step of the way- from nutrition advice, weekly weigh ins, daily support via text, access to her online training videos and personalised fitness plans. Kirsty listens to you and creates a plan that works for you & your life, she is incredibly supportive and keeps you motivated. Not only is she an amazing personal trainer, she truly cares about you and wants to help you achieve your fitness goals.

I would 100% recommend Kirsty for anyone who is looking to make positive changes in both diet and exercise. I have struggled with my eating habits for years and have tried so many diets and eating routines. After working with Kirsty I finally feel like I have healthy sustainable eating habits without it feeling like Im dieting! Ive learned so many tips from her, including my fitness strengths and weaknesses and how to improve. I genuinely had fun during our training sessions - something I never thought I would! Head first fitness truly lives up to the name and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the way Kirsty works!

I have been training with Kirsty for over a year. She is amazing. If you are looking for supportive and well-tailored exercise classes, I highly recommend contacting her. I have lost over a stone and kept it off with Kirsty. But more importantly Ive felt encouraged and inspired to continue even through tough fitness times including a broken foot. She uses a great range of different exercises, techniques and routines so its always a challenge and fits with your ability and even your mood. There are some days burpees just cant be done
