Unpleasant experience. Patronising, pompous and arrogant women behind counter appears to enjoy picking you up on not knowing the price of stamps or every parcel service Royal Mail offers. I was also not offered a cheaper delivery rate, clearly to boost her profits. Heard her make a personal comment about a man that had just come in.

Utterly dreadful and upsetting experience. Went in with a simple pre paid parcel and a very patronising condescending women behind the counter did her best to make me feel small and stupid. I didn't know how to send the parcel by which method and rather than help she was just horrid, actively unhelpful and unkind to me for no reason. I felt utterly patronised by this smug women whose name was Sue. I wont go back here and am writing to the Post Office to complain about her.

Literally the most useless human to have ever worked in a post office. Unhelpful, overcharges by upgrading delivery without asking, passes on print online and drop-off services to the high street because it would involve work. Would give -1 if possible.
