        I dealt with Claire Brooks for a number of viewings and following my offer. She was incredibly helpful, responsive to my questions and flexible to work around me. I highly recommend her and Reeds Rains.

        The service you get starting off with the manager is outstanding. Jake was very understanding and supportive and explained the whole process. They really listen to what the customer needs. Then I was dealing w Claudia who was very patient and understanding and supported myself in every way she could, always explaining the next steps to me and making everything run extremely smoothly. Shes an outstanding asset to the company.

        My dealing with reeds rains so far has been fantastic. I am currently out of country and had a viewing booked by Jack for a family member to attend and allow me to FaceTime during the viewing. Conversation was very easy and extremely efficient. I can definitely recommend them
