We contacted Newbody Fitness to help us kit out a small home gym for both general fitness and post-surgery rehabilitation. The team at Newbody Fitness were friendly and helpful, and the response was speedy and efficient. We were concerned about the effect of Covid 19 on supply chains and delivery times; however the team handled this really well. Inevitably there were delays but the communication from Jasper and his team was excellent and we always felt that we knew what was going on. They went the extra mile to help us get what we needed. Costs were clear from the start and we felt every confidence in Jaspers long experience in his trade.

Probably the best customer experience I've had when purchasing exercise equipment. I bought a rowing machine from Newbody- purchasing was easy, and my machine arrived, as promised, in 3 working days. Absolutely zero fuss, very straightforward and really appreciated, given other companies were offering the same machine to be delivered in March/April at soonest. The customer service is very helpful and prompt to respond to any questions you have. Highly recommend purchasing from Newbody- fitness.
