We were very happy with the way Beth and Michael handled our sale. Their promotional material was good and gained us plenty of viewers. They were very supportive - especially when the bottom of our chain broke twice. They were especially good at communicating with us and with all of the other parties involved. We recommend them. My mother and I could not recommend Beth and her team at Elizabeth Davenport more highly for their impeccable service, let alone exchanging contacts within our desired 3 month window! From the moment we met Beth, when she came to value my mother's house in December, we appreciated that we'd found a real gem as her local knowledge and professionalism was exemplary. George's photography and marketing of the property, along with the open day (held in early January), resulted in multiple viewings and 2 offers, one of which we secured within 3 weeks! Beth, Michael and Jack were hugely personable and went above and beyond keeping us both updated on an almost daily basis regarding the sale progress, as well as their communication with all relevant parties. They have made this a truly pleasurable and stress free experience.
