They advised on marketing, proactively worked to achieve a sale, communicated well throughout between us and our buyers. In my opinion they went above and beyond to resolve queries and ensure we got to completion. They were helpful and professional at all times. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

We brought a property through Julie Philpot in Kenilworth and although we expirenenced a number of issues with the sellers solicitors, Julie and Donna did their absolute best for us keeping the sale on track and taking the time to sort out the issues we faced. They went far above and beyond of what was expected of any agents and we couldn't of asked for a better team. We couldn't recommend them enough and will certainly use them in the future if and when we buy/sell again.
