MayChild have made renting out my property so easy and their customer service is incredible. I have previously rented a house from MayChild as a student where their customer service, fairness and ability to deal with questions quickly was very impressive. When I wanted to let my first property, I knew I only wanted MayChild to manage the letting and wouldnt trust anyone else to do so. Helen and Pam have both been fantastic from start to finish. Pam has managed the letting personally and she responds to emails straight away and gives honest and impartial advice, which is great for people renting out a property for the first time. Their fees are extremely reasonable considering the level of customer service you receive. I genuinely cannot fault the service and overall offering that MayChild provide and would highly recommend them to anyone. Very rarely do you come across such a well-run, professional business that genuinely have their customers best interest at heart. Fantastic company and a great team!
