Avoid; Untrustworthy, suspicious, manipulative & potential cash flow problems Make sure you read the reviews from the Leamington shop as its the same people. I paid for materials up front and then a week before my flooring was due to be laid they wanted full payment up front. This rang alarm bells to me. Ive never paid for Labour up front for anything as you shouldnt! I was told Simon would call me to discuss why they wanted the cash up front but after 2 days I hadnt received a call as his was too busy. However he wasnt too busy to send pushy/hard sell emails to my partner asking her to bank transfer the cash to him. Very suspicious that Simon is so illusive almost like he doesnt want his phone number given out for some reason? I spoke to their accounts lady as to why they required money money up front and I was told that people had defaulted on payments recently; this begs the question why? Why havent people paid? Is it because theyve done an awful job? I said it sounds like they have cash flow problems & was scoffed at and told that they didnt want to speak to me; However the emails to my partner for cash never stopped; seem he was pressuring my missus to send him the money/ get her to convince me to send it I tried to pay on credit card so I had some sort of buyer protection and they refused, however they were still happy with a bank transfer. Again why wouldnt you want your customers to have some sort of protection? Again why wouldnt you want your customers to have some sort of protection? Im confident that if they had installed my floor and I had issues with it Id never have seen them again. If they cant make a simple phone call when they want your cash then they certainly wont be coming out to fix any issues after they have it! In the end I collected my materials from them and got an independent fitter to install my flooring & Im so glad I did.

AVOID AVOID please!! and do not make the same mistake as i did, even i was recommended by a friend. Quality of work is absolutely poor, well let's say rubbish. Do not pay in advance as if there are issues they don't even bother to call you back or face the issue with an unhappy customer. After 3 weeks complaining I decided to finish the work for myself and move on. It is unreal homestly. Please see the pictures as a "finished" work showing the profesional work and what they think is acceptable so you get an idea of kind of work you might get. Many thanks in advance. P.S: laminate floor of 2 bedrooms. (I have also added the review in Kenilworth website as same owner of leamington branch)

Absolutely LOVE my new flooring! Western Carpets were such a pleasure to deal with. Within 24 hours of my initial enquiry we were booked in for a free quote. Simon was so friendly and gave us a range of options to choose from. It was really easy to schedule the fitting day as they were so flexible and accommodating. The fitters were also brilliant and tidied up well after theyd fitted the tiles. We chose a brand of tile called Harvey Maria for our new bathroom and it looks so smart and classy. Definitely will be using this quality local business for any future flooring & would recommend again and again.

I found Western Carpets to be superb, they are such a genuine company. Had my whole house done recently, they employ their own fitters and I cant speak highly enough of them; Jake, Rhys & Tom are brilliant guys.

Really pleased with the service from the welcome in the Kenilworth shop through to the fitters. Will definitely return.
