        Ive recently used Financial Design when looking to get a mortgage as a first time buyer. I was struggling as Im self employed with a limited business, but Jordan was incredibly helpful, giving me a few different options, explaining everything clearly, every step of the way, and he managed to sort me a mortgage at a rate that Im happy with. He really went above and beyond from start to finish. He was always quick to respond to emails and calls, and always friendly and approachable. On the odd occasion that Jordan wasnt available, he made sure that another member of the team (Adam) was on standby if I needed anything- Adam was also very helpful. I couldnt recommend Jordan (and Financial Design) more! I will definitely use them again in the future!
