I highly recommend Castle Brook. It has redefined what a care home can be. The surroundings and facilities are lovely but what makes this place is the staff. At every level there is a caring and can do approach which makes life so much better for residents and relatives alike,

WONDERFUL CARE !!! Castle Brook Care home accepted my Moms m for rehabilitation at very short notice. My mom is 94yrs old had had fallen and broke her arm and spent a week in Warwick Hospital. Sadly the NHS failed her and against family concerns about her being capable discharged her home after a week with a care package of 4 visits a day. My moms health deteriorated within a couple of weeks and after a review from therapists was found a room at Castle Brook. My mom had lost interest in eating and reading and watching TV. But!!! The wonderful staff and care she received brought her back to life again!! They treated her with so much respect and went above and beyond in making her feel safe and welcome. Food was lovely and the home was immaculate. Within 4 weeks my mom was totally rehabilitated and safe to be discharged him. Thank you all the staff for giving all my moms family reassurance to know she was looked after. Highly recommend this home. Thanks for looking after Barbara from John and She san and family.
