It has been a pleasure doing business with Haarts of Kenilworth. It has been a long and difficult journey at times, but with the help of your staff Helen, life has been made a little easier. Everyone has been pleasant and very eager to help us in every way possible . You are a great team. However one person in particular we feel must get a special mention and that is Bethany. We always found Beth so easy to talk to and nothing was ever too much trouble. She was efficient, well organised and always ready to guide us when we needed advice. So 5 stars to you all.

Helen Hannam at haart Estate Agents in Kenilworth was extremely helpful in selling our old property extremely quickly and in progressing the purchase of our new property. We hope we won't have to move again in the near future! But if we did, we would certainly consider going back to Helen.

I've been struggling to sell my property with another agent having been messed around by a buyer over the course of many months. I decided to move agents and arranged to see Helen. As I'm disabled and no longer living in the property, Helen very kindly came and saw me at my new home. What a difference between agents! The staff in the office have been very nice and helpful on the phone. Helen herself was kind, supportive, open and realistically honest (especially in the current financial situation) and did not rush me in the slightest. On the cusp of transferring to Haart, the original buyer is now proceeding with the purchase so I've had to stay with the original agent. In the meantime Helen has stayed in touch with a couple of very kind emails so should the sale not proceed, I will definitely be using Haart based on my positive experience so far. Thank you.
