    I like to shop in this store when visiting the area (I'm not local), Came into store Saturday just gone to get an exchange on some goods I had purchased online. Spent some time browsing and selecting what I would like to swap my online items for. When I got to the till I was greeted by a very rude member of staff who refused to process my exchange. As the previous google review reads, the staff need educating on their returns and exchange policy. I was told by the lady that I had 14 days to return the goods which had now passed and she stated that the policy had been in place for the last two years ... However your own web site states for online orders you have 14 days to initiate the refund and then a further 14 days from that date to return goods! ... If only I had logged into my account in store as even my account showed on the returns page that I had until the 13th October to return. Thank you peacocks, now it's too late for me to return by post or come back to your store, stuck with unwanted items now!!!! Your staff need better Customer Service and policy training!!!!!!!!!

    Just been in the shop in kenilworth. Two nice girls and could not do enough fir me. Only complaint is shop code have been a bit cooler. I would have spent more! Many thanks will definitely visit again
