We were looking for a way to help and support our staff to prevent a repetition of staff members who have struggled with poor mental health previously. We looked at other trainers but unlike those, we felt Lisa was able to listen to our individual needs. Lisa was flexible and had no pre-determined solutions or dogma. I attended the MHFA course in December 2021, and it was fantastic. Lisa is a brilliant trainer, covering some intense mental health topics but managing to keep the day engaging and creating open conversations. I learnt so much, and would really recommend this to anyone who'd like to become a Mental Health First Aider.
