Cherry Orchard Recycling Centre - Booking Required

My partner visits this centre on a frequent basis, previously he used to book online via the form. However the last 20 plus times in filling out this form which takes a good 5 minutes no one has ever asked for his booking upon his arrival so he gave up as it was clearly a waste of time. Although recently when he visited this centre 20 minutes before closing time, he was confronted by a member of staff once he had parked up and questioned him about booking despite being the only person there and the centre being absolutely empty. He lectured and said he should book in future, however what was annoying was when a couple pulled up next to him he didnt question them. Felt like he was taking an deliberate ageist approach . Warwickshire county council sort it out! If youre going to have rules in place please make them frequent. My partner has visited 3 times since and no one has bothered checking whats the point.

Friendly helpful staff. Much prefer going here than to the one in Leamington.
