The staff is helpful and the location is just beautiful and convenient. The breakfast is incredibly tasty and the food looks very fresh. The main reason I'm giving only 3* is because I was so excited to go to the swimming pool and in the end I couldn't use it properly as the air temperature in the pool room was low, I was feeling cold and uncomfortable. The cleaning of the room was not bad at all but has space for improvement. Reasonable room prices.

We went to an afternoon tea in kenilworth, food and drinks were plentiful, delicious, and Well presented. Hotel 2as ckean and beautifully decorated

The staff is helpful and the location is just beautiful and convenient.
The breakfast is incredibly tasty and the food looks very fresh.
The main reason I'm giving only 3* is because I was so excited to go to the swimming pool and in the end I couldn't use it properly as the air temperature in the pool room was low, I was feeling cold and uncomfortable.
The cleaning of the room was not bad at all but has space for improvement.
Reasonable room prices.
