I would like to thank khiyam. For the professional care he provides. I used to see khiyam at boots hearing clinic . Was very professional there... khiyam set up his own "Hear better with us" has provided me with hearing aids that are amazing.. but most of all listens to what you need... he does not pressure you to purchase. I found this audiologist because I needed a hearing test but Boots required me to have wax removed. Hear Better were willing to do this for one ear only at a fair price. I was so impressed with the friendly and helpful service I received that I decided to have the hearing test and any further treatment from Khiyam even though its a half hour drive from my home. He has been so supportive at every stage - the test itself where he showed me and explained the results, he was then happy to let me try out a demo set of aids while away on holiday and then talked me through which set would best meet my moderate hearing loss needs. He was never pushy and always explained that I could walk away, go somewhere else or put off having aids. I feel confident that he will give me a good professional service in years to come and be there if I have questions or problems. I highly recommend Hear Better in Kenilworth if you are thinking of a hearing test or upgrading existing hearing aids.

I have known khiyam many years. I have complex hear loss... He worked very hard to get me an aid that works perfectly.. with much patience.(as I'm impatient) I would recommend anyone to see him. He is kind and considerate... And he will find what works for you. Thanks khiyam Sharon

Visiting Khiyam after 2 years from my first ear wax removal appointment with him and Ive been very happy to say again that his service is outstanding! As again I feel like Ive got the best treatment for my ears as throughout the whole visit Khiyam was very kind and friendly to talk with, conducting himself very professionally throughout the procedure of removing ear wax from my ears. Everything he did he explained back to me clearly along the way and made sure I was comfortable throughout the time I was there. 10/10 cant recommend Khiyam enough and I will visit Khiyam again and again for any ear related concerns.
