Only learnt about this place about a month ago, quickly booked an appointment after looking at they're stock online. The visit was very pleasant, they were very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product, we placed an order, and just under two weeks later it was ready to collect. Again very helpful upon collection and in my pregnant state, loaded in into the car for me. I would definitely recommend to any expecting parents in the area! It's local, there's not much else around and very reasonably priced.

Great service from Chloe at Cov Baby. Called this morning to ask if they had the Egg Z stroller in stock as I had spoken to virtually all stockists in the country and nobody had any due to a wait on delivery for the manufacturer. Chloe called me back very quickly to let me know they had a few in stock, including the colour I was looking for. I purchased the stroller via their website and collected in store this afternoon. Great service and the lady in store even gave us a demonstration on all the features of the stroller. I have since come home and unboxed our stroller, we absolutely love it. There is a slight material defect on the head cushion so have emailed their team to advise of this and they got back to me within minutes to advise theyve forwarded my issue to the manufacturer. Cant ask for a better service will recommend your store to my friends!
