I asked Michael for some advice re my burner (it wasnt burning great, pretty smokey, etc) and he provided some great tips on how to ensure the burner worked efficiently, how to light a fire correctly and set me up with a chimney sweep (Sean) who was equally excellent. Thoroughly recommended, good guys. Thanks

My lounge is quite narrow and long and I was unsure of what fire I could possibly have without compromising on space. I had been undecided for some time and then Manor House pointed me in the right direction with a media wall and a built in fire which looked totally realistic but still managing to keep the media wall fairly narrow. They were also able to recommend someone to build and instal which took out all the hard work and stress of finding someone myself. A brilliant job was done by Tom Hatton on the build and installation which included a recess for the tv above the fire, couldn't be happier.

We had been let down by another company which had cost us a lot of time ,waiting for an order which was never going to work according to their fitters when they arrived Micheal @manor advised us on a way forward and the order we placed with manor was promptly dealt with and efficently installed , I am still mystfied by the other company s failure to fulfill as the end result is almost a replica of our original design ..
