Just finished the intro Muay Thai and I have never been so buzzed to continue! Alan and Elecia are both great people and couldnt have been any more welcoming, I would recommend this to anyone, best gym around

I was doing 121s at a different gym for 18 months and felt like I wasn't progressing or being encouraged to improve. Since moving over to Hussars Fight Team in October, my boxing has come on in leaps and bounds. I'm moving a lot better and more fluidly. I feel like Alan believes in me and pushes me every week. I'm never going to be a professional fighter; but hoping to squeek in a couple of White Collars before I hit the upper age limit. I have dropped 9kg in four months after struggling with horrible weight gain during depression and menopause. Alan is incredibly generous with sharing exercises, techniques and fighting knowledge. I always feel better after attending a class or a 121 and I have a good laugh and feel free to be myself. I've attended a few Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes as well which are way out of my comfort zone; but again the instruction and camaraderie in the gym is great. My daughter attends kick boxing on a Saturday with Alan and Alecia and gives it two thumbs up we only wish we had found Hussars two years earlier. It's great to be trained by competitive fighters in my adopted home town and I hope Alan and Alecia go from strength to strength
