Have reported an emergency repair due to a leak in my bathroom which is seeping beneath the flooring and potentially in to the flat below me. Was advised I would hear back from somebody in 24 hours, which did not happen. Was then told I would need to be at home for '24-48' hours in case somebody turned up - when I said I had a full time job so could not do that, but could be home in 10 minutes if I was called to say somebody was on there way, Stonewater said this wasn't possible. At this point I have fulfilled my obligation by reporting the repair. Due to Stonewater's inaction, if it floods they hold full responsibility.

Stonewater are now charging tenants that have no technological knowledge or equipment and have no interest in going online, for internet access. My dad doesn't even know how much they are charging him for a service he doesn't want and can't use. Speaking to Stonewater, they don't care and their so called "Digital Inclusion Team" appear not to know that more than half of the people over 70 don't want to go online. I was patronisingly told it was a service charge, like use of a garden. Only problem is anyone can use the garden. Even though they acknowledge this is causing financial hardship to some tenants, they simply don't care.
