        From the moment I spoke to Jenny I knew everything would be ok, she has a lovely kind caring manner as well as being very organised. During the covid pandemic everyone had to work in a difficult situation but Jenny guided me through and supported me. Darren and his team showed respect and professionalism I can not praise them all enough.Thank you to an excellent team.

        Jenny at the Kenilworth branch arranged my fathers recent funeral. She was kind, considerate and professional, in very difficult Lockdown circumstances. We were really pleased with everything and were given lots of options. I would highly recommend.

        My father had the best funeral. Every member of staff was excellent throughout the whole procedure. My step mother and family thank each member of your staff, specifically, Darren, Jenny, Campbell, Kevin, Lindsay and the accompanying courteous gentlemen on the day, including the evening of Dad's passing. Everything was perfect with every respect for our Baha'i traditions.
