        First order , rude staff , lost an hour . Store was helpfully but had to pay twice. Lost my confidence and 2weeks on and havent refunded me. Again company couldnt care less

        Placed an order online with next day delivery. Nothing arrived next day, do called to enquire what is happened and was told story about their T&C no matter that in same T&C it is stated that they had to inform me about delay. Sorry short 1week passed still no order and customer service still making excuse some one week call u back, or we will was escalate issue... Etc

        I ordered materials using CEFs online service with a pre 10am delivery this morning. The materials never arrived so I called to enquire when they would be delivered. After 10minutes on hold I was told someone would have to call me back and to let me know where the materials were. I called CEF back at 3pm as I still had no materials and never had my call back. I was informed there had been a mix up with the courier and they would hopefully be with me tomorrow. This is the second time CEF online have let me down with a delivery. DO NOT use this service if you are depending on materials arriving.
