I met Marie in Sterling Networking and I always thought she is an amazing and inspiring woman. When I started working with Marie I was not very confident in my English and my new role that involves a lot of new knowledge. So I decided to have a session with Marie- EmPower Hour. I have never had a coaching session before so I didnt expect too much. But after the session I had with Marie, she just changed my mind and helped me to become a better person. During the whole session, Marie wasnt trying to change me or add positive things to my mind. Instead, she had a long conversation with me in the beginning, to help me relax and find the real issue. Then we had a few activities to find out where the issue came from and why is an issue for me. We discussed on my environment, behaviour, strengths, values and my self-beliefs to dig more. Throughout the session, I realised all those issues I am having- it was not a big deal, I just needed someone to guide me to the right path. And that is how Marie did, she helped, guided, and supported me on the right path. I felt like a different person after the EmPower Hour and I know the fact that I will do very well, I will have good people around me, will be proud of myself and satified. After our session, Marie sent me a long and very detailed conclusion for our session which was super helpful for me. I would highly recommend Maries coaching sessions, she has professional knowledge and warm heart to truly help people be a better person.

Working with Marie over several months on a 121 basis gave me real confidence and clarity about next steps to take in my career. As a result I am the happiest I've been in a very long time. Marie is very warm, caring and has a fantastic range of coaching tools up her sleeve. Have already recommended her to many of my friends!

Marie led some fantastic training on developing resilience during the pandemic. She guided us through activities which helped us to identify our own personal barriers to resilience, and provided us with practical strategies to try to overcome these barriers and develop a more resilient approach to both work and life in general. I found Marie's style to be very clear and she was a very approachable and open leader. Thank you for a great session, Marie - I would definitely be interested in attending future coaching experiences in the future!

When I started working with Marie Id seen a promotion that I really wanted at work, but I didnt know where to start and was completely daunted by the prospect! I hadn't applied for a job or been for an interview for years, and my CV was very out of date so I was very overwhelmed by the idea of starting from scratch. I signed up to Maries Complete CV & Interview package and before we got going she talked to me about what I needed and made sure that the package was tailored to my needs. I was really pleased with my CV and cover letter, and when I got through to the next stage I was thrilled! With coaching support to help me have more self belief and a more positive mindset, I went into the interview and presentation with a newly resurrected confidence and was fully prepared. Despite feeling apprehensive, as a result of Maries coaching, I surprisingly found myself enjoying the process and was delighted when I found out that Id been successful, and I also got the salary Id asked for! Working with Marie was fantastic. Not only is she an expert in her field, shes just a great listener and very encouraging! Im so grateful for Maries support and couldnt have done it without her.
