Once Upon A Dream Kenilworth

I had a fantastic experience buying a red wedding dress for my wedding from Once Upon a Dream Kenilworth! Thanks to Lisa for helping me find my dream wedding dress - in red at that! I was keen on the colour since it represents my Indian roots. I absolutely loved wearing it, it was nothing short of a dream come true. A special thanks to Debbie, the store's seamstress, for working with my tight schedule and making the fitments to perfection since they did not have the size I needed, which meant that it needed to be loosened for me. Debbie was very creative in altering and the end result looked like it was cut out for me! Thanks so much Lisa & Debbie, for providing such an amazing service! Nothing short of a five star - would totally recommend this store

Excellent customer service and fabulous dresses. Given time to browse and then offered Lisas help and expert opinion. Lisa isnt pushy and truly helped us find the best dresses

I attended with my bridesmaids for a bridesmaid dress appointment, however we received dreadful customer service. The woman working in the shop spent the appointment just sat at her laptop, with her mobile making noise throughout. She had zero interest in providing any advice or assistance, we had provided 9 images of different dresses that we were interested in trying on and the sizes (8, 10 & 16) that we would require, although on arrival at our appointment we discovered that not one of the dresses we requested was available and there were none in one the sizes (16) despite informing the shop in advance what sizes we required. The woman in the shop was unaware that all the dresses were incorrect & did not know if the sizes were UK or US on the dresses that were available and just informed us to try them anyway. I was provided with approximately six colour charts to look at but I had to ask what chart was the correct for the dress that the bridesmaids liked as she was too busy scrolling emails. We left after 25mins as following the dreadful service there was no way I would purchase dresses from this shop. I would not recommend this shop unless you want to be ignored & left to serve yourself.
