True Romantica Bridal

What can I say about Polly and True Romantica - apart from the fact that she saved me from a wedding dress disaster! She should have been closed and specially opened the shop for me when it was the only day I could come up to Kenilworth from London due to work and train strikes. Polly was so kind, so caring - I wish I had originally gone dress shopping with her, the travel out of London would have been worth it and the dresses she stocks are gorgeous. Thank you Polly :) H x

Review when just ordered dress: My experience at True Romantica has been fantastic throughout. Polly is absolutely wonderful, she really knows her stuff, helps you feel at ease and there was no pressure on me to purchase. It took me a few visits to make up my mind on a dress but Polly was so patient and helpful every time. The shop is also lovely, it's great to have the whole place (and Polly) to yourself, which you don't get with other bridal stores. If I could give 6 stars I would! Update post-wedding: I went ahead and ordered my wedding dress and veil from True Romantica and am so glad that I did as I had such a positive experience every step of the way. Polly knows her stuff and is happy to provide advice and suggestions when asked. Jo, the seamstress Polly works with, is absolutely top class and went out of her way to make sure that my dress and fur shrug fit me perfectly, making many alterations such as replacing the straps, making new buttons etc. Jo also helped with my bridesmaid, mom and nan's alterations, so True Romantica was a convenient and excellent one stop shop! Polly also helped me order my custom veil and made sure that it was everything I envisioned. My dress was steamed and prepared to perfection when it was collected. I had an amazing experience with True Romantica and cannot recommend highly enough - Polly and Jo really are the dream team.

The words truly amazing are not profound enough to express my experience at True Romantica Bridal and having the pleasure of meeting Polly. This was the first bridal shop I visited, entering with absolutely no idea of what I was looking for and with some anxious feelings, but Polly immediately put me at ease and patiently introduced me to several styles of wedding dresses, allowing me to ponder and Polly only reacting to my interest. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever and we had a giggle along the way, nothing was too much trouble and her time totally dedicated to myself. I very quickly warmed to Polly and trusted in her advice and I chose the dress of my dreams a dream not realised until that day.

Polly (the shop owner) is the best! She runs such a wonderful shop with relaxed approach and fun cute vibe... Made me and my girlfriends so welcome for my wedding dress trial, let us bring our own prosecco and even provided flutes... Didn't ask what's my budget straight away and let me choose to try whatever I wanted, perhaps too many haha. I purchased my dream dress on that day because it just felt right. Then I came back with many pairs of shoes to try and choose from which she was happy to assist me with, with her big smile and a nice chat included. Also very lovely seamstress lady part of the service. Thank you so much, I had a blast and you made me feel so welcome and special.

I spent ages looking for my wedding dress and popped into this store and found my perfect dress! Polly was so helpful and lovely and made the whole process super easy. Thank you so much
