If you are a customer then they can provide a decent service however this review is solely based on my experience of working within their office as an administrator. Owner is delusional and thinks someone with no architectural background should know the in and outs all all technical documentation even after explaining several times during the interview process I have no knowledge or experience (with architecture) but am more than willing to learn as I have 4+ years experience as a administrator. No training procedures in place at all, his first words to me was so, coffee? I replied no thank you for him to reply I wasnt offering - shows a lot about his character. Couldnt even provide me with access to a computer to actual do any work, even after asking multiple times for this to be resolved. Asked me to drive another colleague to pick up the company car and take it to his bungalow (fuel cost came out my own pocket with no reimbursements). Awful experience, I can completely understand why several previous employees walked out in their first day, the staff their deserve better.

Have used several architects and CDRB are the most professional I've come across and definitely the fastest at their job. Turn around is instant or next day the latest. Outstanding service from all of the team especially Tom and Ryan. Thank you.
