Just bought a Ford Kuga from these guys and what can I say, its been the best buying experience Ive had, They delivered the car from their base in Cumbria to my home in Birmingham and took my old car in part ex back with them. There was an issue but they were straight back down to pick it up and dropped the car back again perfect and in the meantime left me a courtesy car to use. When they use the word Simple they mean exactly that, communication was 1st class, they sorted finance out for me, replaced the cam belt and water pump as a bonus and even transferred my private plate over for me. So if youre looking for a new car give these guys a shout, they do exactly what they say which is a forgotten art these days! Big thanks to Chris for sorting everything out.
