During COVID I couldnt get placement as schools werent accepting this. I reached out to them multiple times and they were so unhelpful. They have refused a refund even though I have got nothing and wouldnt have been able to complete the course as 90% is through placement.
They then said during a call that they have scrapped this course and for extra money I would have to enroll for another year. I didnt accept this.
Im now contacting open study college for a course transfer and hoping that study house makes the right decision to give the money back so I can invest it for my future.
