Sophie Lewis Massage and Sports Therapy

I recently booked a remedial massage with Sophie following a painful spell of sciatica. Sophie was fantastic; she is extremely knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. I came away with markedly improved mobility and in a great deal less pain. She gave me helpful advice on how to manage the condition too. Thank you Sophie! I would highly recommend you.

Sophie came highly recommended and I managed to get a cancellation to be seen! The instant relief I felt after being to see Sophie was amazing. Sophies treatments are personal to individuals circumstances and she really listened to understand what my issues were, a year down the line I still see Sophie regularly, my treatments have been consistently brilliant and I do not hesitate to recommend to see Sophie!

Ive been to see Sophie a few times for sports massage and cups! I cant recommend enough!! Ive struggled with back pain since having my daughter and since seeing Sophie this has been massively reduced! Sophie is so professional and always makes me feel comfortable! If I could give more stars I would!!

I have been to Sophie a couple of times. Sophie is very knowledgeable, friendly and bliming good at what she does! I go for a sports massage for my shoulder and she works wonders! As a cleaner constantly bent down, Sophie works her magic to get those knots out. recommend.

Today I went for a sports massage, fascial cupping & dry needles treatment for my neck & shoulders. Never having had the latter two before I was a little wary. Sophie, however was wonderful. She was warm & friendly & utterly professional. She explained everything carefully & put my mind at rest. I really enjoyed my session. Felt like Id been spoiled with my body having being tended and treated with care. Thank you
