Train Treat Repeat

Angela is a star!! I contacted her while on a short break in the Lake District as my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome was flaring up and interrupting my sleep. Angela was so accommodating and agreed to see me that same evening. She talked through the treatment with me, both before and during the treatment and also kept checking if I was experiencing any discomfort. i was a bit nervous beforehand as I had not had a sports massage but I needn't have been as Angela made me feel totally at ease. The massage definitely helped and eased the pain I have been experiencing. I'd highly recommend Angela.

I contacted Angela as I had a very painful back, and she managed to fit me in and see me the same day. She was very knowledgable and helped pinpoint the muscles that were causing the pain. She worked at my back and relieved some of the tension immediately, and suggested some stretches I could do to loosen up my back on a regular basis. Thanks so much Angela!

My husband had spinal surgery last September and has been going here ever since he truly believes he would not be as mobile or made a much improvement if it hadnt been for Angela @ traintreatrepeat

Love my massages with Angela. She is very thorough and assesses my needs at every appointment, before the massage begins. Angela is very knowledgeable and will recommend stretches in between massages. I recommend Train Treat Repeat to everyone, particularly those that have been disappointed with a beauticians massage. If you want your aches and pains treated then this is the place to go!
