Disgusting !! 3 staff for 2 checks! wait 30 min check the camera at 10.30. One lady walk out, the customer behind me left after 10min waiting. Two staff on coffe machine just without coordination, they did my sandwich then left there for 20 min , it become cold. While we was waiting, arrive a female Manager to take 3 coffe, it was shocking, she got priority respect to us that were waiting from 20min already. Who is in charge in this place ? I been GM in hospitality I never saw so mess, no training,no customers service . After 30 min my coffe get out without milk, my sandwich cold. Honestly disgusting, just close this place. Don't find excuse about no staff in Hospitality because there was 3 staff with 2 checks to do, watch the camera ! Tuesday 27/7/2021 time 10.20-10.30.

Visted Cafe 1pm today, not over busy. I asked for bacon& sausage roll& egg, spinach and tomato roll. In the fridge was the curt reply. They rolls were put in a type of microwave, cooked well, too well. The roll was inedible and egg rubbery , tomato was a splurge and spinach was a wilted gunge. My other half had rubber sausage. What us happening at Kendal I visited my local Sainsburys in Preston , big store the food was rolling out very nicely cooked, not microwaved I did ask member of staff were they changing menu fir christmas, the reply was Do not ask me, not up to me and walked off.Task in hand, not a great experience, we are all trying to get back to normal, and pressure on staff however,the food offered was unacceptable.Avoid Cafe till they decide on Menu. Only plus clean tables

We had a mega breakfast , cold plate soggy hash brown and only one egg . Two on the menu when we had a look after. You would be much better off going over the road to morrisons .
