        Looking for a place to rent in the Lakes. Viewed one, not what we were looking for. Agent, Shelia, very helpful ly suggested others one of which we chose. Admin process straight forward once we had all the necessary paperwork to upload.

        I have rented 2 properties through Mint Homes in the last 8 years with no issues. If anything breaks their reporting system is available and everything is sorted out quickly. The office staff respond to emails and as long as you pay your rent and look after the property there should be no problem. A big thumbs up to all the staff from me.
