Arrived at the shop at 4.40pm, there were a lady with 3 young children in getting their passport photos. We waited outside until they left at approximately 5.03 pm. When we went in, the shop assistant refused to serve us because she had paperwork to do and cash up. I explained that we needed the visa photos urgently so i can apply visa tonight to visit my very ill mother, but she was very rude and refused to take into account our plea. How can you advertise to the public your opening time is 9am to 5.30pm and not serving us at 5.03pm? I'm very disappointed and will not return in the future. What a shame after using your shop for many years.

Had some photocopying done today in Kendal branch and just want to say that the woman who served me deserved a medal. She had many customers in the shop at once, all needing different help, as well as a photo machine running out of ink in the middle of a big order, and then paper, but she just got on with it, dealing with everything and everyone efficiently, with a smile, and served everyone. Really great service. Thank you :)
