        Popped in here following a truly unhelpful service at Helme Chase. Found staff to be so helpful and really cheery. Although they did not have what I needed in stock I could not gave asked for any better service. Helme Chase Wells Pharmacy should learn from their professionalism as their own is totally lacking.

        One star,there should be no stars. Very rude staff, closed even if it said opened with no explanation. Bad communication with customers, in fact no comunication at all. Will never go again.

        Unhelpful and rude. I haven't once been able to pick up prescriptions there successfully in the whole two months I've been with them. Staff don't acknowledge your existence when you enter and are unhelpful. Will not be using again.
