        I am very pleased with my glasses,and the staff were very pleasant and helpfull, I always see the same optician as she understands the health problems I have,also referred me for my cataracts removed,very good service all round.Thank you all.

        Good service although the fitting process seems to be a bit hit and miss. Need to go back to have another fitting session. Same experience for my wife too. We both recently transferred from Specsavers Kendal and the fitting process there seemed to be more efficient - rarely have we had to go back during over 20 years of going there.
