        As a new patient with Anne Irving I was made welcome, felt very safe with health and security and social distancing measures and Mark Roberts made me feel at ease, was professional, easy to talk to about any concerns I had, efficient and thorough throughout. My thanks go to everyone as it was my first visit to a medical centre since Covid but my mind was totally at rest. Thank you

        I cannot speak highly enough of this opticians. The customer service is second to none. From the moment that I arrived there was a warm welcome. All staff have a relaxed and friendly manner, use your name and explain everything. There is no feeling of rush and absolutely no sales pressure. I have worn specs for 55 years and can wholeheartedly recommend Anne Irving Optometrists for superb personal service. Sue Lee
