Such a good experience from initial Eye Test right through the process of choosing frames from a beautiful range to all the associated professional explanations that help you select the correct lenses. Great follow up and complete care and backup as you go forward. Always there for the client whatever the optical need. Bonus is the beautiful layout of the rooms and a chat with Dita about skiing!!!

Professional experience from start to finish. Referral to SpaMedica for cataract op. Follow up post op, re test and new prescription + reglaze of spectacles. Very happy with personal service.

Went for a regular eye test, everything went perfectly. Mr Spurrett extremely helpful and sociable, even sharing some of his rock climbing experiences. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. It's really one big family. When I went to pick up my new spectacles I was greeted cheerfully and offered a coffee with flapjack (declined the flapjack - got my figure to think of!). All in all a most enjoyable experience. Put me down as a (very) satisfied customer. Highly recommended!!

So professional and friendly. Having had an eye accident years ago, I've always believed I could never correct my vision from "looking through frosted glass". Alan explained with the correct lenses, I could have significant improvement. Wow!!! He wasn't wrong! Such a difference. I was passed to Di to help explain more and to select the frames. She guided me on which would suit me and made sure I was confident in my choice. Her care shone through and she put me at ease. Thank you to Alan and Di for their wonderful customer service and a mention to the other ladies who helped create a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I'd highly recommend the team to anyone looking for great eye care.
