I would gladly recommend David at the Lakeland Mortgage Centre. I was advised to speak to him by FMB and he guided me through the process as a first time buyer. David went out of his way to search for a suitable mortgage for me which is not always easy with a small deposit. I have to say without his help it is likely that I would still be struggling to buy my first property.
