The best customer service I have received in a long time. I visited 'No-Match' not knowing what I really needed or how much I would spend. The gentleman in store spent a great deal of time discussing their various products, how they are constructed, used and maintained. He discussed what products would be suitable for my requirements and how to effectively use their products for cessation of smoking. He discussed the various prices for many of the products, never once attempting to 'up sell' giving me honest, down to earth reviews of products. (Reliability, longevity, value for money etc.) I would certainly recommend this store, no frills, no fuss, just facts. An individual 'customer needs' focused service that will see me return to and recommend their products and service to all I meet. Thank you 'Matt' from 'No-Match'!

Great experience. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to consider all of the options with someone who was starting with minimal knowledge. Great service with friendly staff. Seemed like a good price too.
