Katie does magic with her hands, I highly recommend her treatments!! I booked three sessions with Katie to help relieve pain and tightness I experienced in my hamstrings. She was incredibly knowledgeable, caring and super friendly. Katie followed up with me after each of the appointments, with great tips for stretching and exercises that would help me. She has also helped me by examining the bigger picture of what the cause could be for my pain and tightness, and has made suggestions that have helped me improve my exercising techniques.

I went to see Katie for a pregnancy massage and it was brilliant! She has a lovely room in the centre of Kendal and it was very easy to book an appointment. I would highly recommend her!

Brilliant experience. Beautiful, clean room. Katie is lovely- professional, welcoming, kind and calming. Soothing treatment that dealt with niggly pain issues. Slept very well afterwards too. And energy levels are great the day after :)

I recently spent a month in the Lakes during my third trimester of pregnancy, and I was so relieved to find Katie, her massage really helped me manage all my many aches and pains. I really liked Katies approach as it was both relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. Her therapy room in the centre of Kendal is also done out really nicely, and it was always at the right temperature which was great! Katie is lovely and very attentive, and contacting her and booking an appointment was always smooth, and she always tailored the massage to my needs at the time. If I lived locally, I would have continued with regular massage for sure as it really did help me.
