Rigged and Ready - Travel Fishing Rods

My Smuggler 7 is great. It fits in the top box of my motorbike, so now I'm living the dream of combining two top hobbies - fishing and biking at the same time. Quality is good and the RR3000 reel is a no brainer at the price. Top flight after sales service too.

Absolutley the best Surfcasting Travel Rod I have used yet. I recently bought a R&R S-Max 3.20 (10.5') travel rod. (Amazon USA, it arrived 4 days later to Canada!) It is a first class rod. I have broken many other rods over the last 10 or more years ( Arditos, Rapalas and Okumas ) not from damage just from casting lures like Cabo Killers, Buzz Bombs, etc. 2-3oz lures... I just came back from a month in the southern Baja, Los Barilles to Todos Santos, fished everyday from the beach, caught every species you could imagine even a 5-6' Hammerhead shark on this rod with no problems. It's a Great Rod packs easily in your luggage in its hardened 25" long case. I paired it with a Quantum Cabo PT60 spinning reel, long effortless casts with 50# Spiderwire braided casting line 4-6 hours a day. If you need a really great rod for travel from Canada to Mexico or Florida to fish the beaches you will love this rod. Thanks "Riggy" Rigged and Ready made this trip for me. Ordering two more soon! Brilliant rod I got the fish rig 180 it's spot on and perfect size for when I am on my travels. I would also like to say that the customer service is brilliant. Message Andy about a problem that had arised that was my fault, and It was swiftly sorted out. Couldn't ask for much more spot on thanks Andy.
