        Having reached a time of life and experiencing unfortunate medical issues the time for prevarication over making wills finally came to an end. We had heard good things about Butterworths Solicitors and decided to call them. From the first telephone call ( very professional and friendly) the service that we received was exceptional. We conducted our business initially by phone because of our location. Charlene Boyd was a pleasure to deal with; very amiable and totally professional. She showed great empathy and patience and ensured that we were completely aware of the decisions we were making. Understandably we had to eventually meet Charlene in person. This meeting took place in the Carlisle office at a time that suited us in terms of travelling. Charlene was once again a delight to deal with ensuring that we were entirely comfortable with our decisions and gently guiding us when we were unsure. Charlene is a credit to Butterworths. Both my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending her and Butterworths to anyone requiring legal assistance.

        Getting a will made professionally is something that always waits for another day. Its important to make sure everything is in order for those left behind, so finally we made our will. Charlene at Butterworths made us feel confident about our decisions & was fully understanding of our needs. She is professional, with a friendly & helpful manner, explaining all the legal jargon. I would highly recommend their will service at a very reasonable cost too.
