Simon Cooper has put in a new banister rail for me with white spindles and oak handrail. He did a marvellous job. This has spurred me on to ask him back to fit new doors for me. Simon is very good natured and friendly, very good to deal with. Most importantly, he is a perfectionist, & will not leave something until it is right. He always tidies up after himself, bringing his own hoover, so you dont even have to worry about emptying your own hoover. A joy to deal with.

Simon recently reconfigured some cupboards in our hall. His work was carried out to a very high standard. Simon is creative, reliable and works in an extremely neat and tidy way. He is a skilled craftsman and I would highly recommend him.

Messaged him on a mobile number provided on his website to inquire whether he was interested in doing some building work for me. He abruptly asked who I was and then declined the inquiry on the basis of being too busy before BLOCKING me immediately thereafter! A crash course in customer service is advisable! If this is his attitude to inquiries, I dread to think what he would be like working for someone!
