If I could put no stars I would. An atrocious company who take your money and provide zero customer service. Our internet with them was slow to say the least and it went down nearly every week. We were always ringing them to report a fault. One time they laughed when I told them the internet had failed again and another time they put the phone down on me. Please avoid at all costs, they are appalling.

I cannot fault Kencomp at all! We had a desperate requirement to get a high speed connection for my grandparents in a remote area of the Lake District to enable use of FaceTime on an iPad to speak with family. This was especially useful as my grandmother was deteriorating with Alzheimer's, so having this was invaluable. The installation was uniquely challenging due to the geography, and involved a 1km fibre run and wireless radios. Despite all this, the team stepped up and made the process as simple as possible. Thank you Kencomp and all the best for the future!

It's a pity a zero star rating is not available, that's all it deserves. This service has been poor during the 4 years we've used it. Have not had a signal strong enough to get an internet connection for the last month. Phone calls and response is diabolical. Would not recommend this company.

Its wonder Ive got any hair left as Im sick to death of being constantly on the phone to their technical department ( when they can be bothered answering their phone) pulling it out in frustration. I pay my payment in full once a year but have had to up grade my account on various occasions at extra costs as you get half way through the month and they reduce the service to 1mbps and tell me Im out of data and cant understand how Ive used it all. I feel like Im just a normal person who works all day to come home and stream movies etc. Its enough to boil your urine!! If I could give minus 10 stars I would this company is awful. Sad thing is when it does works its not bad but being constantly being held to ransom and the fear of using it is just terrible. Ive now give up and putting it down to a bad experience and going to find an alternative as I just cant try to get any sense or reason from this horrible company.
