        Best gym in Kendal. These guys know theyre stuff and know what their customers want. Ive always been in the gym and the quality of kit is outstanding and exactly what Im after. Might be a bit daunting if youre a newcomer but for an experienced gym goer it just ticks all the boxes. The CrossFit classes and the CrossFit gym are just brilliant. Top class.

        Meg, my dance teacher was doing classes here. Unfortunately due to circumstances she has had to put them on hold. Great place and dance studio. Lady on reception desk really friendly and always up for a chat

        Brilliant Gym and Crossfit box and very friendly staff. Would 100% recommend to anyone interested in starting crossfit or gym work.
