    I've been trying to charge my car, the authorisation payment was approved but the charging process wasn't started. I tried 3 times and been charged 45(15 per authorisation process). My question is this transactions are refundable. Because obviously wasn't using the charger at all

    Instavolt have been reliable wherever I've gone. Easy to use with card payment rather than an app and this one is under cover too. You do have to pay for parking, though.

    Charger 4 stopped charging after a short period of time on Monday eve 24th Oct, still charged me 17 for approx 60 miles. Used charger 1 the next morning and that worked well..

    Used Charger Two unable to get it started with the App (my first go on an instavolt charger). Appeared to get it going with contactless, didn't run for long, tried again and appeared to be running, so went to get parking ticket, but it had stopped when I got back a minute later, I wondered if the car had requested the stop as the auto lock/unlock of the car doors actived a couple of times, tried again, being careful with car locking and it appeared to start and stay on, I walked away. Popped back after 20 mins as I didnt trust it, it had faulted with error 32, chargers three and four had become available so I moved over to charger three and worked perfectly with contactless, I didn't try the app again as I suspected the issue with that was due to it being in an underground car park.
