        Awful receptionist/practice manager. Extremely rude today for absolutely no reason, and when I asked for her name she refused and told me she was the practice manager. Needs training in customer interaction

        Your receptionist needs sacking!!! I walked in having never done so before and Wow Didn't smile. Wasn't friendly. Didn't look at me when interacting. And was a total jobsworth over a pen to fill out forms they had on the desk to fill out forms they gave me!! Honestly was shocked at the 2 minute interaction don't think I've ever had ONE SO BAD EVER!!!

        Very rude receptionist, had 2 appointments, first one i got called when i was on my way, said the doctor cannot attend, got another appointment after 3 weeks. On my appointment day got called again to cancel it, and receptionist talked very rude and with attitude. Stay away from this place.
