I took my Apple MacBook Air into KTD as it was having issues with waking from its sleep mode after an unsuccessful software upgrade. Joe was very helpful and professional but unfortunately after taking it back home I found it was still working intermittently. KTD offered to look at it again for me and sorted it perfectly the second time around at no extra cost, even though I'm sure it took them quite some time and headaches to get it sorted. I will definitely take in my other Apple products if anything goes wrong with them. Thanks KTD for a very good customer experience.

If you have a small technical problem with a iPad or computer probably best to go somewhere else. They have a minimum charge of 50 even if the fault can be sorted in minutes.
