Poor service and communication, instructed them after they advised survey would be completed within 3 weeks (instructed on 28 Feb with quote advising a survey w/c 7th or 14th March), after a two week period had passed and chasing them for a date advised that it could not be done and given a date would be a further 3/4 weeks away.

I asked David Edmondson to carry out a survey on a property. He told me this would be carried out in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I contacted him and was told that he would not be able to carry out the survey for yet another 3 weeks. After a total of 5 weeks, I contacted him again, to be told that he would no longer be carrying out the survey at all. I found David Edmondson to be highly unprofessional in his failure to answer telephone calls and to respond to emails. When he did reply to emails, it was always with an excuse or a blatant lie. He was never pro active in contacting me, and I was forever having to chase him for information. 5 weeks after having an offer accepted on a house, I now find myself having to try and find another surveyor. I would advise other people not to go for this cheap option, as you often get what you pay for. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

As per a previous review we had a very similar experience. Mr Edmondson took forever to reply to emails and eventually stopped replying. I gave him until the end of the week to respond to my email and said that if we had not heard from him we would be going elsewhere. Highly unprofessional and I definitely would not recommend!
